Returns/Exchanges
All of our policies are driven by a desire to create raving fans of Byrna® products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase(s) for any reason, we want to make sure you are happy. If that means giving you a full refund, a partial refund or an exchange, we want you to be happy with your Byrna experience. We know that if you are happy, you just might tell a friend or two, or five.

​Change of Heart Policy
We understand that from time to time a customer has a change of heart after placing an order. Any order cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full. Returns of shipped/delivered products are accepted if Less Lethal Tools is notified within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in new and unused condition. All “change of heart” returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% which will cover shipping and handling costs.

Prior to making any return you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number should be clearly written on the outside shipping carton. Additionally, please place a copy of any correspondence regarding your return inside the carton. ​Damaged Products Policy
As of this writing, March 30,2024, we are personally delivering orders to customers in the local area (South Orange County) and providing in-person orientation and instruction in the use of Byrna products. If there is any damage it will be evident during the orientation. Having said that, we still have a Damaged Products Policy.

Byrna® launchers, Byrna Banshees™ and Byrna launcher accessories and projectiles that are damaged or defective when received will be replaced at no charge to the customer provided that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is requested within ten (10) days of receipt and the product is shipped within five (5) days of the RMA issuance.
*This policy provides for replacement of goods that arrive damaged or defective upon inspection with new products at no cost to the customer. Defects or operational issues that arise after this period will be repaired in accordance with the standard limited factory warranty.
Products Ineligible for Return
All BGR - Bad Guy Repellent (Aerosol Spray) sales are final and not eligible for return.
